Ask Yourself

Why I am writing ? This is a question for me every time when I write something on any topic. It is important to have goal to do something otherwise it is not necessary to do anything. It will waste your valuable time. Do what you know, learn what you don’t know. Making mistake is not your fault but repeating it again is your mistake or fault. Don’t afraid with the problems, it is life and it never ends in life. Your knowledge is your unseen weapon, sharpen it regularly. Search what you want, search what you can. Boundless opportunities are everywhere. Don’t wait time. Think it is your time and this is the right time to do anything. Never forget, today is the best day. Start now and move ahead. It is not too late to learn. We know lot of things are already happened but start with new idea. Create your own path. Keep in mind, Wise people do the same work in differently. Progress is mandatory in life. Burn your inner light and spread it everyone. Keep in mind, you can’t make people happy forever and you can’t be happy forever from them too. Take a risk to do something. Don’t forget " No pain, no gain." The world is a market. Nothing is free. Sale what you have, buy what you need. Don’t waste any cost if don’t need. You can improve yourself by doing or learning. Never stop learning. Count your failure but don’t stop your steps. Success is not so far. It takes time to achieve anything. Time is a medicine, it heals all your pain. Time is solution, it solves every problems. Don’t go in crowd, it kills your solidarity.

In the life, there are lot of chances any many more option. Be optimistic and faithful. Honesty is your identity. Respect people and listen them. Speak less, listen more. Think more if you are going to take decision. Life is a burning candle, burn continuously. Invest what you have. Money is not everything, it is just a means. Use it in right place. Save little it for future. Don’t forget a drop can be ocean. Your life your choice, choose wisely. Spend your day or night without stress. Don’t worry more. It gives you nothing, only destroy your mind. Life is a journey, complete it in right time. If you are in long journey, it takes more time to complete. In the journey you can meet with many people, respect and take help from them.

We are here with lots of opportunities and lots of resources. No need to bound our any desire. We can fly like a bird. We can travel like a cloud. We can open like a sun. Because its our time to do many more. We have to track our destination. Commitment drive to your destination. Life is just once and never be back. No need to see past and no need to worry about future. Enjoy in present. Love people, love your nearest, dearest  and love yourself. Believe yourself. Be careful, your proudness down your personalities. Nobody likes proud people. There are lot of people around you. Don’t trust all. You have two ears so you can listen from ear and pass it away through another.

Hospital

Hospital is a place where we check up our health and treatment sick people. It concerns about public or communities health. Doctors, nurses and many health workers work in hospital. There are many kinds of disease in environment, which can harm or damage our health. If people is unhealthy or sick we can’t expect any good things from them. So it is compulsory to take care of our health. People have been suffered from many kinds of diseases. Some diseases are normal and common but some are very dangerous. We care our health but also sometime it could catch us. If we are sick we can’t do anything efficiently. It is said that, "prevention is better than cure."

There are some hospitals around us, where we go for treatment. Hospital provides many kind of facilities for sick people. Sick people needs special care when he/she is sick. Sometimes people needs intensive care too. There are some primary health care centre and health care centre. It is necessary to be in everywhere, where people live. Health is our main basic needs in life. We say " Health is Wealth". We need different kinds of hospital to treatment for different diseases. There are many department inside hospital. Doctors treat patients according to his/her depart. The person who treat teeth is called dentist and where we treat our teeth is called dental hospital. There are many doctors service in hospital just like surgeon, neurologist, dentist, gynaecologist etc. And all of them helped by nurses. Emergency room or hospital open 24th hours and other are normal time. In some hospital runs paying services too due to more patient or to give special treatment. Paying service is like a private but it is in public hospital. Private hospitals are running as a business. It is not good sign. Health is very sensitive sector so government also should take action if private hospital doing only business. Many illegal cases just like abortion, crime cases treatment are handling every day in private hospital for money. 

There are public and private hospital in society. Private hospitals are more expensive than public hospital. Some patients visit private hospital for faster service than public hospital even it is expensive but normally many people visit public hospital and take services. But public hospitals don’t have enough facilities for patients so patient wants to go private hospital. In our country public hospital are more careless so people don’t want to go for treatment. There is not enough hospitals in the country so all the time it is busy. There is no hospital in village due to that many people dies from normal diseases. We read in news, there is not enough doctors and medicine in hospitals so patient are not getting good treatment. We hear or read in news due to lack of medicine people are dying from diarrhoea every year in many villages. There are very less hospitals are running in well management and maximum not good. There many kinds of problems in hospital. Not enough medical equipment, not enough bedroom for patient, not enough medical staffs. We see in many hospital there is not clean toilet, bedroom and not clean around the hospital area. Government should follow up and take care for quality services from public hospital. Government should deposit some fund for poor patients.

Letters

Letters are means of information and communication. It is use in since long time ago and still in practice. There are many kinds of letters. We can divide it into two types, they are formal and informal. Officials letters are called formal and unofficial letters are called informal letters. When we write formal letters, must follow the some rules. It should be written in official format. Official letters means we write it to the person, post and organization but informal letters no need to follow any rules. We can write directly to the persons. Generally we write it to our family, relatives or friends. We write letters in many purposes. It could be short or long, depends on subjects.

Letter writing is a kind of arts. Everybody can’t write good letters. We have to write letters in simple words and focus on main point. Paragraph also should be short. We shouldn’t write long and use vague words in letters. If we use words with multi meaning, response comes opposite. So we have to aware in use of words. Officials letters are more sensitive. Letters are not only communication and information it could be history too. We can keep it long time. We write letters to our family, friends and relatives in any situation or topics. It is oldest communication method but still in practice. People used to send letters by pigeon. Pigeon was trained and people used to bind letters on pigeon's legs and send it to its receivers. It was not effective and difficult to trust. Sometimes pigeon could attack by eagle and letter could be reach in receivers. But also people used it in long time. We can write letters describing our daily life. We can write our problems.

Before coming internet on uses, people used to send letters writing on papers through post office. Post office became more trusted and easier than oldest methods. We use envelop to pack letters. We used to paste stamp on envelop to make it official. There are two types to send letters, General and registered. Registered posted letters is more effective than normal and its more confidential. People pay some more money for registered letter. Post office was only one where we could drop letters and receive. People send letter to other people or offices with appropriate name and address. Offices uses post box number to receive letters and some popular person who receives regularly letters from others also use post box number. It is specific number which is given by post office for every users. Letters are more effective too due to its privacy. People believe that its sin to open others name letters. People can make new friends from different place. They can share their interest. They can write or inform about their place. People can understand each others and could be friends forever. It is called pen pal.

Sometimes people unable to receive letters due to miss addressed written. Sometimes miss people receive the letters due to its receivers name and its addressed. But letters use to bring happiness too. Getting information from nearest is one of the best moment. We can write our situation in details. It is believable. But letters bad thing is it takes time to reach receivers and could be late in reply. Sometimes it lost on the way to receivers due the persons careless. So people can’t receive letters. These days we have internet so we have lot of option to communicate with each others. We send and receive messages from email. But letter has big history and it was used long time to communicate each others.

Electricity

Electricity is one of the important basic needs of people. We use it in our everyday life. We can produce it from water, petrol, diesel, and sun's light. Mainly we use water to produce electricity but some countries are producing from air too. But it is not easy to produce. To produce electricity from air is not possible everywhere. In our country Nepal there are some places where still no electricity. Due to that their life is moving very difficult. We use electricity not only for light in the night but also in different purposes. If we have enough electricity we can use it for cooking too. Our daily life starts with electricity. We use many electronics items in home and offices. We use fan, air conditioner, fridge, heater, computer, TV, mobile, laptop, phone, radio etc. all are operated by electricity.

Nowadays engineers are trying to make electric vehicles and focusing in electric items. Petrol, diesel and gas are limited resources from earth as well as it is making more pollution in environment. So automobile's engineers are trying to replace of petrol, diesel and gas vehicles. We have now many electric items in the markets. Many countries government are supporting or encouraging to use it. Some electric vehicles are in on the road. Electronic vehicles are soundless and comfortable too. It can protect our environment and health too. We need fire to cook food. We use gas or wood for cooking. It is expensive now and we can’t find easily in market. Nowadays there are many kinds of kitchenware available in the market. People are using it. We use electricity in farming for irrigation fields. Pump set and many others equipment are needs electricity. But In our country Nepal still there is no any petrol mine excavation. It is expensive and takes more time to generate. So water is main resource to generate electricity.

Electricity is mostly use in our daily life. Many factories needs more electricity. Water based electricity is most common in the world. We have much water to produce electricity. Our water resources are mountain. We have so many rivers which is 12th months continuously flows. Asia's number one water resource is in Nepal. It means we have enough water to produce electricity. We can export it to other country and can earn money. We can make it nation's main income source. We can run east to west electric metro or city metro. If we start city metro in the town will be good for public. Metro is very fast and comfortable transport. We know very well, our environment is more polluted due to industries and more transportation are throwing carbon dioxide in the air. It is harmful. If we use maximum electronic vehicles, we can control it and we can save environment. Government also should focus with it. It is necessary too. To promote electric items, electricity fee should be less. We have to increase electricity production. We can invite many investors to product electricity. If we produce enough electricity we can adjust everything.

Paper

Paper is made from a kind of wood and chemical. There are some process to make papers after it is in use. We find it in many colours and sizes. There are soft and hard papers in the use. It is useful in our daily life. We use paper in many purposes. According to its uses we can divide it in two types. They are hard and soft. We use soft papers for publishing books, writing papers, drawing pictures, printing photos etcetera and hard papers for books cover, carton, cardboard and many more. We print schools certificate, wedding card, visiting card, invitation card, poster, stickers etc. It is very useful and important in our life. These days we are imaging and trying to paperless in work. But since long time it is in use. It takes more time to replace it.

We use paper as packing boxes. Many products are packed in papers made boxes. It is easy to make and in use. We use paper to print newspaper too. Many media houses use to print newspapers, magazine, journal etc. We use it mostly in learning time. It is very comfortable and easy to use in any purpose. We can cut, fold and can give it any shape. it is not heavy to carry too. Paper is the thing where we use to learn everything. An artist can draw nice pictures in paper. A learner can practice to write in paper. There are paper bags also in use now. People concern about health so Its uses is better than plastic bags. We see bags in different sizes and beautiful designs. People like to use it too.

Paper is reusable. We can use it again and again. But many people still doesn’t know about it. So they use it and fire it. If we recycle it we can save our nature. Papers are echo friendly too. It can decay in soil. Papers are use for origami arts. People use it to decorate wall.  We can make plates, and glass from papers. It is cheap and easy in use. Before papers discover, people use as a paper tree's leaves or something flat surface. People use to draw in the ground. It was uneasy using them. After papers discovered all problems solved and used it widely. We use papers everyday in man purpose. In the market there is Nepali hand made papers which is very durable and good quality in writing. Nepal's government is using it as official paper in offices.

Paper is really great discovery in the world. Paper helped us to express our feelings and share knowledge. We can write, collect, express opinions and feelings in words. Words are very powerful and durable if we write it in papers. We can share our personal experiences in words on the paper. We can write our ancient history and save it long time. We can keep any kind of records for future. We use many digital devices to keep records but we use paper sheet also as a backup. It means we trust its quality and necessity in future. We see many valuable drawing in papers. Paper is a place where we can draw or write. In beginning time it was not available easily. There were no any paper factories. But nowadays there are many factories and available easily. Due to its easy availability paper is mostly in uses.

Feelings and Facts

I am on the way of my life. I am trying to walk as fast as possible. On the way there are many obstacles. It is very difficult to cross those unwanted thing in life. I fall many time on the way. It was really bitter truth and unbelievable. I heard and read about many people's success story. I inspire much and again start to walk. I see words in the air but can't write on paper. This is the main problem and difficult for me.

I have tried many time to write my feelings on word . It was difficult for me. I asked many people how can I write or express my feelings on words but I found many tips with useless. I felt sometimes tips or advice are not effective in life. I searched on Google to make my writing good and perfect but it was also not effective for me. My feelings are rolling in my mind. My mind is full of thoughts and All day and night trying to come out but I could not give them to way through words. I read,listen try to be refresh. I know it is not process of my progress . Sometimes I feel much lazy due to that also my writing is slow and imperfect. I know there is no any medicine to make me awake for writing. Since long time ago i am writing and writing but still it is same. I can not see any progress in my writing. This the fact of my writing. Feelings are unstoppable. It flows like  a river continuously. Sometimes I ask myself why am I trying to write or writing? My progress is zero but I hope one day absolutely I will be a good writer. I can write all my feelings in words. People will read it couriosly. All my writing will be informative and useful. I am waiting that beautiful day. 

Now I have decided that to read more and find out good writer. How the writers are spending there time and what are they reading? I want to copy their writing techniques and take advice. I knew that good books are not only book those are the lifetime partner and guidance. I know many popular writer and their bestselling book. I think those may be the source and inspire for my writing. My every steps lead me to reach my destination. I will stop to waste my time for  unwanted and nonsense work. I decided that now to start of my new journey. I have enough time to think and practice. Really sometimes very sweet feelings comes in my mind. Those word hits my mind and head . I spend much time doing nothing. It is my very bad and mistakes. I imagine a long but don't write any single words. This is my first and main mistake.

I know that decision takes me to destination. I will enjoy in writing lifetime. It is my full and final aim. I want share all my thoughts and feelings with you all. I am sure and continuously write. That’s all for today.

Games

There are so many games. We can play some games but not all. Game is our part of life, it fits our body, helps to be healthy and refresh our mind as well. If we play or know the games rules it is more interesting. All game has its rules differently and most have to follow rules when we play it. If we don’t follow rules in the game, it will be time waste only. There are two types of game in practice. They are indoor and outdoor. According to the games nature, we can call local, national and international games too. We can play indoor game in the home or in specially constructed indoor and outdoor game we in open places. soccer, baseball, Ludo, chase are indoor game and football, volleyball, running, cricket are outdoor games. Football needs to big space to play.The person who play game is called player, but we can called gamer too.

There are many famous player in the world. Every games are famous according to its area or where we play it. Football is the famous and mostly played game in the world. Many people watch it interestingly or interested to play. There is world cup in every four years. There is ranking too in football. There are many others games too but we mostly know football. Cricket also plays in widely and watch more people. Pale, Ronaldo from brazil, Maradona, Messi from Argentina, David bachkham from Portugal are most known football players in the world. Sachin Tendulkar, Dhoni, Virat Koholi are most famous cricketers. People used to play game only for entertainment before but now they are playing games professionally. Nowadays players have both name and fame. Most countries have national game too. Game are nation's identity too. If we say Brazil, Argentina in our mind comes football. Game can build up our mussel. It is also like a exercise. Game entertain us. We can spend our leisure time, playing or watching games. It develops brotherhood or fraternity to each others people or countries.

People play games according to his or her age. Some games need to play more power. Player should be strong otherwise can’t stand in play ground. A game can change people’s mind. We can create our profile as a good player. People can give good respect too. Playing games means maintaining strong mind and body. It  helps to people in every aspects. We can play many games without any trainings. If somebody instruct simply, we can learn easily. Some games most have to take trainings to play well. Some games are more expensive. Everybody can’t afford it due to expensive, very limited people play it. Some are very cheap and can play everyone. Players are earning more money too in every games. They sign in contract paper for limited time in good amount. Game is also a kind of job. If player plays honestly and well can live luxurious life. They can earn and spend money as their need. We mostly love to play in childhood and we like to play it as our favourite game. Do you remember which is your childhood favourite game and now? I grow up in village and played more volleyball so my all the time favourite is volleyball. But I like football and cricket too.

Money

Money is just a paper but it is not like other normal paper. It is a means of exchange. It deserves great value
and plays important role in exchange world. We use money to buy goods and sale it. It is very easy to exchange anything in money. Long time ago in ancient time, there were no money in existence. It was very difficult to exchange. In the market; people used to exchange goods with goods. It wasn’t exactly equal with what they exchanged. It was difficult to barter in every goods. Some people needed more than others need so exchange process was not possible every time with goods with goods. People couldn’t store long time anything. So some people started valuable metals as exchange medium. Gold, Silver, Copper etc. were the main metals in exchange. They used to small pieces metals for exchange goods. They made it as a coin, But it was also not acceptable for everyone. Long time it was in practice but It was uneasy in exchange. Slowly they started small business and discover coin for exchange. Coin was little easy to exchange goods. They used to buy and sale everything in coin. After this practice businessman used to collect more coin and more business. But if they want to carry it one place to another was very difficult due to it's weight. So they couldn’t go far or other place for business. Their business became limited area and limited places. Finally they used paper note to buy and sale goods. It was special paper with trustworthy.

Money is power now. The person who has more money is more powerful. Our daily activities are based on money. We work for money. It is easy to carry and use in market or everywhere. We can sale our goods in money and save it in bank. Bank is a place where we can save money long time. All countries money value is different in market. Businessman invest more money for business. They produce more product and sale it in market in mpney. Money makes people’s dream complete. Any kind of things we can exchange through money. People work and receive money and they buy or save according to their need. Sometimes duplicate money also in use, people cheat the other people. We have to care from it. It is very difficult to find out original or duplicate. If some people are doing this, it disturbs the whole nations economics. It's big crime.

Some crime happens for money. People use it in bad work. Some criminal groups works for money. Contract killer are ready to kill anybody if they receive money. Sometimes money works more bad works which we can’t imagine it. We know in election time there is more black money in the market. Politician are the main people who use more black money. Smuggler also use it more in bad work. We have to aware for black money and its uses. If some people are using it in bad works, we can report to the police. We can prevent and save our economic syestems.

Corona (Covid 19)

Corona is a kind of virus name. Its new virus in the world, started from Wuhan, China. It's symptoms is same like common cold viral. The most common symptoms are fever, tiredness, cough etc. There many other viruses in corona family. Covid-19 is new virus in people. When people attack by covid-19 virus, people feel uneasy to take breath as well as affected people’s temperature will be high. If people don’t aware with it, illness will be serious case.  Corona damages people’s breathing system. It is transferable and spread very fast one people to another. Child and old ages people are the mainly affected by corona virus. But it can attack other aged people too. Many people died in short time period due to careless. Patient could be recover from it without needing special treatment. now it is spreading day by day all over the world. Every countries are fighting with this virus. So many people affected by covid-19(corona) virus. There is no any medicine discovered till now. Doctor’s are still in lab and trying to discover its medicine or vaccines. People with fever, cough and difficulty breathing should seek medical attention. People are scaring with it. So it is better to take care oneself.

There are many kinds of virus attacks people everyday. Viruses live very sort time and we suffer very fast from it. Viruses transfer from different way. Mainly its transfer from by air. Covid-19 virus is spreading very first among other viruses. Nowadays covid-19 became very horrible for every people or countries. There is no any information about how this virus started. Many people and countries are affected from covid-19 so many countries are trying to stop flight. Government is suggesting to public don’t go any other country or open place without emergency work. Many country closing the club, restaurant, gym hall, markets where people crowd more. Countries are focusing to reduce its affect to public. According to WHO, This new virus and disease were unknown before the outbreak began in Wuhan, China, in December 2019.

We are suffering  from many kinds of viruses everyday. Our immune power is strong than virus so don’t know about its affect in our body. Covid-19 is newly came in people and our immune power is not enough to fight with it. So we have to keep our health good. This virus only attacking mostly the person who doesn’t have strong immune power. Many suspected people are in quarantine and some are recovered from it.

We can take care ourselves by practicing some hygienic rules.  We can control our presence in gathering. Don’t sake hands with any other people and try not to any share things just like papers, drinking glasses and clothes. Avoid from unnecessary travel. If it is compulsory to travel, take more information about impact of this viruses of that place. Use mask, gloves and sanitizer. Drink hot water and take rest enough. If you are feeling not well go to hospital or nearest medical centre and confirm about your sickness. Update the news or WHO websites for what is happening and what is the progress for treatment.

Leisure Time

We work to sustain our life. Nobody wants to stay free. Our daily duty schedule is full. There is very little free time after work. It is called leisure time. Some people work whole day and week. They don’t have free time. But also some time they spend free time to be refresh. We learnt work from our society. Our society doesn’t give to stay workless. It is good too in engage some kind of work. Work pays our life. But sometime we want to spend time without work. Leisure time makes us happy too. There are many personal works beside jobs. We want to manage them in leisure time. Leisure time is our personal time. We set our leisure time with many work lists.

We can spend leisure time doing so many things. We can sleep whole day. We can visit new place. The day is ours so we can use it according to our choice. We can watch movie, listen songs, read books, write articles, play games or we can attend get together party with family or friends. We can make it more enjoyable. There are different people in the society and different style to spend leisure time. Some people likes to go fishing, swimming in the river side and roaming new places. We work everyday in schedule. Our life became like a parts of machine or machine. Machine also needs rest. We also have a biological system so we need sometimes rest. It gives us new energy to work again so we need refreshment and rest after long time work.

Sometimes we get more leisure time. This is the most awaited time. We can use it maximum in our favour. People can plan long trip or spend doing nothing. People could be lazy too in leisure time. They spend all days sleeping on the bed. It is not good. If people make his/her leisure time enjoyable, will be more energetic. In leisure time we can learn many things if we want. We are not enough knowledgeable or skilful. If we want, we can improve it in long leisure time. In this time we have enough time and free mind. Our learning would be effective too. Learning in life never ends, its continuing process of life. We can share as well as what we have, skills or knowledge in leisure time. Our experience could be helpful to others. Sharing something means also giving something to others. In life cycle, it is common and compulsory but we ignore and don’t do anything. Inspiring people and making them active is very important in life. People are not interested to do every time. If we hit the right time, it will be more productivity.

Leisure time is my best time to do my personal work. I have set it as my private time. I do my any kind of work in my favour time. I want to be with you in my leisure time. And I want to ask you how do you spend your leisure time? Do you do same as I do? You can write in details. I want to hear from you too. Leisure time, leisure mind. Isn’t it?

A Day Without You

There is no any definition in words, what love is. How and where people will get it. It's sweet feelings from heart. And will get it in positive mind and inner souls. I can’t imagine a single day without you. I start my day from your arms. Your smile, hug, kiss, and good day wishes are keep me fresh full day. I Eect everything from you. I spend my day on remembering you. I don’t want to spend any time without you so I text messages you or bell on your mobile. When I feel alone, I see you in my mobile gallery. There are always with me in many exposures. If I see your sweet smile, I feel more happy and want to hug and kiss you. My heart all the time fill with your sweet love, care and remembrance. I fallen love with you. I am incomplete without your love. I open myself to you and want to spend hours and hours with you. I miss you every time, if you are not in my side.

I like to talk with you and share every moment with you. You are the one whom I believe, trust blindly. I can share with you any time without any hesitations. My every steps are move with your support, courage, care and love. I see my world on you and in your smile. You are my source of happiness. You are my reason to happiness and being with you is my happiness. I miss you every single day of my life. I never imagine anything without you. I close my eyes with your words and open with your voice. I feel you from my heart and realise your inspiration too. I can see you in my every dream at night too. Loving someone means not only in words on mouth its dedication forever. I have spent more time with you and under your sweet love. I lost me and myself on your love. 
I have dream where you are always there. I shape my future with your love. Love and life both are different but I feel you are my life and soul. I feel you are my soulmate and found it now. My aim is only to be yours. I want to see this world through your eyes. My heartbeats always in your name. When I miss you, I sing in your absence. I listen more love songs. I write poem or song, try to draw pictures of yours. I read love story too and lost myself in story with you. It's all about my love to show with you. There are many love songs, movies, drama, stories, poems, novels which is based on love. We know there are some great people has left home for love. Some are surrender their life for love. Muna Madan (Laxi Prasad Devkota), Gauri (Madhav Ghimire) are famous epics in Nepali literature. We celebrate world wide valentine’s day every year on February 14th as love day. People celebrate it whole week till 14th February. 
There is no any formula to love someone. But we can consider love is also an art. Everybody don’t know how to love people and How to express love feelings to others. It is not easy but we can learn it. Love doesn’t want anything in mutual exchange. There is no any replacement of love. Love doesn’t take anything in returns. I feel nothing without you. You are my everything in this world. I feel secure and love in your arms. Love you forever. I never imagine without you. My day, my night, my months or full years only you.

Time

It is said that, "Time and tide wait for none." It is really true. Time runs equally for all. There is twenty-four hours in a day for everyone. No body can modify it. Time is power and chance to do more things in this world. You have the only one time born and die forever. Its a implausible truth. Since and then no body returned back again after death. We can save untimely demise of life fom many diseases by taking medicine but can’t stop death. There were many powerful historian people were born but they also left this world. We can work many good work for our next generation. Our new innovation could be remain long time. So we shouldn’t waste any single minutes for nothing.

Time hits everybody like a sea waves to do more thing. There are many opportunities and options are available. We just have to open our inner mind. Many people had been dedicated their life to build every nation. It may take time but we must have to do great work for nation. Time makes man heroes. Whatever we do or we don’t but one day our life will be finish forever. So we have to aware with this valuable and precious time. We can use it as our wishes. Time gives us pain and happiness. It takes us to our destination or rounds in same circles. We can’t skip or rewind any minutes. We have to follow the time and grab every opportunities. We don’t know what will happen in future so live in present and do whatever you know or you can. The best time to do is NOW. We have to focus and make sure our vision to achieve goals. 

There is time for everything, good or bad. Good time gives us happiness and bad time gives sorrows. Nobody likes sorrows so we are search of goodness. Time can heal any kinds of sorrows. Time gives us equal opportunities, equal responsibilities and many more. Time is the best lesson in the life. We learn and implement it in our life. There are many famous universities but time gives us exact life lesson. It teaches us good life lessons. Time pushes  us to go ahead. Time makes people rich or poor. Time makes to people more powerful or powerless. We shouldn’t proud when we are in powerful post. It is a chance to do something more. Time flows continuously like a river. Similarly we also have to flow continuously in our way. Take a right decision at right time. Make this beautiful life more meaningful and more beautiful. The world is alright beautiful so we can add or make more beautiful it. We can make our life colourful using resources from earth. There are seasonal weather, food, fruits are gifted from nature. Season means also time. We should update according to this time. We should understand demand of time. Our all activities should be productive. Wasting time means misusing our precious life.

We meet with many people in this short time period. Some people will be nearest or dearest. Some people will be forever unknown. Time meet with friends and forever distance. Manage your time, make it fruitful. It is your first and last chance to live in this world. Be happy with what you have. Time gives you a lot happiness and prosperity in your life. It would be for nation too.

Medicine

It is said that "Prevention is better than cure" but our health is not same every time. Sometime we caught by disease and we mostly use medicine to protect from disease. If we feel sick, we go to medical house and buy medicine. We don’t need to any reference from doctor to buy antibiotics medicine. There are many kind of disease in surround us. Diseases are transferable and non-transferable. Many kinds of diseases are curable. We use medicine to fight with many diseases. Our health depend on our food habits and daily activities. If we eat healthier food, very less chances to become sick. Human body has its own system, without medicine also we can recover from diseases but it takes time and not sure. If we take medicine for exact diseases, we can recover very soon.

There are many researches happen to make medicine. Researchers spent more time to confirm it. After long test it comes in use. Medicine is bless from medicine technology. There are medicine for maximum diseases. We feel safe due to we have medicine. Before people used to die in lack of medicine. There were not discover medicine but now we have enough medicine and use it. Medicine made our life longer than before. People were afraid with TB(Tuberculosis) diseases due to no treatment or medicine but now it is normal. Medicine is available and government is distributing it free of cost. People used to believe that it is curse from god but now medicine discovered, available and it is normal.

Ancient time there was traditional medicine is called Ayurveda. People used to herb as medicine. They used to search it in forest and collect many kinds of herbs for medicine. Everybody doesn’t know or find out easily this kind of herb. Some people only knew it is called Baidya. Sick people used to depend with Baidya for medicine or treatment. Baidya used to treat sick people by his experience. People understood medicine is important for life. They started research and developed it Homeopathy and allopathy. Allopathy is mostly used in practice nowadays. We can find easily in any medicine centre. There are many researches still in process. Diseases are dangerous for us. We don’t want to live sickness life. Pollution is everywhere, air pollution, soil pollution, water pollution, food pollution are everywhere. Farmers use more chemical to produce crops. They use it to increase production. When we use it as food, there is more chances to sick. Polluted environment is main causes to spread diseases. So to be strong or maintain our health we have to use medicine.

Medicine is a big achievement of this modern age. When a child born then start to use medicine. Many kind of vaccines are used in child age. It helps to fight with many different kind of diseases in future. If we use medicine according to the doctor’s prescription, recovers our health. But one thing we most have to know that is medicine reaction is very dangerous for our health so we should strongly follow the direction. We can extend our age by using medicine. 

Email and Internet

There are many generation has been past but Our generation is called Modern Generation. We are very lucky and born at right time. There are lot of facilities are in practice. To make our life easier, we use maximum resources. We have transportation facilities for travelling across the world. We can travel by air, by road or by ship in our choices. There are many faster train has been developed. When we travel one place to another place, there are many facilities to make our travel enjoyable or comfortable. It is all about due to modern generation and modern invention. There are many advanced technology in this age. Among them we can called internet is greatest revolution. We use internet in multipurpose. There were many ways to send and receive information, massages in ancient time. Letter was the main practice. But now we have easy and fast way is emailing to the person.

E-mail is a medium of sending and receiving messages. It is very fastest way to send and receive message or information to one place to another places. People use it through internet. We can write unlimited massages through emails. There are lot of options in emailing. We can attach images, videos and many other files in same time. These days organisations and offices are using it to inform any kind of information to people. E-mail is fast and best way to reach people. We have to learn some knowledge to use email. Otherwise it is not possible to send or receive any massages. First we have to visit e-mail providers websites and read carefully its terms and conditions. If you are agree with terms and conditions you have to signup and fill the form then submit it. Immediately you can receive any kind of confirmation code or something and then you can use it. There are many e-mail service providers, just like yahoo, Hotmail and Gmail. These are mostly in used. There are so much advantage in emailing to people. It is cheap, fast and affordable for everyone. E-mail is not only messaging to someone. Many corporate houses are using it to promote the items. It is very easy way to reach directly to customers. Email marketing is latest trend in the digital market. Many advertising agencies are using it and taking benefits.

There are some disadvantage of email. We can't recognise the exact email sender and where from it came. There are some scammer working professionally to cheat people, asking money or sending you win big prize. If people don't aware about this kind of spam email could lost money. Sometimes we receive good offer in many online items, It could be fake and people blindly order but couldn't receive items or items receives in low quality, bad conditions. This kind of email is called SPAM. We receive everyday many spam from different addressed. Spam could be viruses too so we shouldn't open any email from untrusted addressed. It could hack our computer system or people's personal privacy. If you want to open that kind of email, scan first, But ignoring email is the best way to prevent from hackers. 

Clothes

We wear clothes and its not only cover to our body but also protect from coldness and to look civilized people we must have to wear clothes. We can believe that when we started to live in a group since than clothes became compulsory to wear. Ancient time there were no clothes same as todays. They used to cover the body with trees leaves or barks and animals skins, furs etc. It wasn’t comfortable and durable. Life was very painful due to many thing wasn’t in practice. There were no home for family. They used to live in dens or caves. It was very danger life. Sometime they have to fight with wild animal to save their life. To save from cold was the main reason to wear clothes.  It was hunting time period so any time it could damages those types of clothes. Slowly they learnt to make clothes from cotton and others materials. After that clothes became normal. It took long process to make nice clothes. People create a group to protect from wild animals or other people’s attacks. It changed into society. In society people felt ashamed or guilt to show naked body and clothes became compulsory to wear for everybody.

Nowadays we have so many clothes in different-different design. We can buy from the market in our choices. There are many sources to make clothes. Silicon, nylon, polyester, cotton are the use for clothes. Jacket, T-shirt, vest, trouser, coat, pant, shocks, shoe, sandal, slipper, cap are our main clothes. Clothes does not only to cover body but also become identity for people. Animals only don’t wear clothes. The person who wears nice clothes looks really good. People can recognize the people according to the how he/she wear clothes. Some clothes are so expensive and some are cheap. Clothes price depends on according to the clothes quality and its designs. We can see in the market there are different colours, different styles, different qualities and many choices. Now clothes is common for all. Wearing nice clothes means attracting the people’s attention to ourselves.

There are many fashionable program run in the world. Those all programs are directly related with clothes. There are many beauty peasant programs just like miss world, miss earth and many other programs attract the people’s attention. In those programs judges attract competitors clothes, it means how the competitors are wearing the clothes. There are many fashion designers work behind the scene. Sometimes we read or see the news about expensive clothes and its designer. Sometimes we talk about people’s clothes but not about people. 

We like to wear comfortable and matching clothes. It is suggested that we have to choose the colour according to our skins colour. According to weather we changed clothes. In our country Nepal, we buy clothes occasionally. Mostly we buy in festivals time. Clothes is important in our life. It doesn’t cover our body but shine our personalities. People say eat whatever but wear good. People wear clothes according to weather or occasion. In the party or wedding ceremony people wear casual  clothes but in office time people wear formal clothes. Our national clothes is for men DHAKA TOPI, DAURA and SURUWAL and for women GUNYO, CHOLO and PATUKI. Every country has national clothes. People from different places wear different types of clothes. People can easily recognise by the clothes. 

Agriculture

Nepal is called agricultural country. More than 80% people are involve in agriculture. More than 60% people live in village. In the village, people are depending their life in agriculture. There are no other option except agriculture so past generation till now they are in agriculture. It is very sad to hear that, most people involve in agriculture but not independent in food production. Every year there is shortage so people have to pay more money in food collection. In Nepal, there are many places need food before six months they cultivate their field. Every year many people spend more time and money in search of rice. Our country depends many food items from other countries. So it is shameful to say Nepal is a agricultural country. Agricultural country is only in data but in real not so.

We know that agriculture is the basic component of any kinds of industries. We eat food and mostly our need we get from agriculture. Industries need raw materials which we get from agriculture and product the items. If famer doesn’t grow any crops we have to pay more cost to buy them. It is not possible to import every items. In Nepal agriculture is a main source of sustaining people. People from different parts are trying to use latest technology and machine to grow more in same fields. But it is very expensive and not affordable for every farmers. Due to the more taxes in machinery items, farmers are paying more money and investment is high. So every farmers depend on old system and their production is very little in quantity and than they are not able to competitive with others product and leaving forever from agriculture. It is not good for the nation. If one farmer stops his farming forever means it absolutely affect the whole country. Governments policies are not farmer friendly. So people are not attract to involve in agriculture. The person who involves in agriculture full time in field needs more budget. They need good seeds, fertiliser to fertilise land. There is not easy to get it in country. They need support from government. We hear in loan policy applied for farmer but it is also only those who are nearest with party people only easily can receive but other people even doesn’t know about it. So many people are not able to continue farming. There is not enough warehouse to keep product long time. They start very hardly and stops in some years due to lack of enough budget. We see many farmer are not happy with their work. They spend more cost to grow crops and sales in low cost. Sometimes suppliers are importing more from out of country and its affecting local markets. Wholesaler also cheating the farmer giving less price than market price. Wholesalers are being rich but main producer are being poorer day by day. There is no any communicator to play between the farmers, wholesalers, dealer and customers. Wholesalers and dealer only making money but both famers and customers are in trap.

There are more countries are independent in food. Farmers are happy and rich. They are continuing their efforts in agriculture. They are using advance technology and enough support from government. They are exporting world’s everywhere in affordable price. If we learn from them and starts same people who is involve in agriculture, absolutely we also can independent in food. No need to any import from other countries. We can earn money exporting the items. We have good environment for agriculture. We can cultivate full year seasonal items. 

Fake News

We are in the age of Information Technology(IT). We know, there are many technology invented among them but IT is developed very faster than other. We are bounded and depended with IT for our daily life. It is compulsory to accept it. Mobile, TV, Radio, Internet, Computer, Laptop are directly connected with IT. These are the main medium for IT. We start our day with reading news papers or visiting many news portals. We want to update every time with this world. Radio, TV, Newspaper are the main source of news. These days, social media is main source to update people. It is easy to see on trending news in social media. There are two main social sites are popular in users. They are Facebook and Twitter. There are millions of people are using facebook and similarly twitter too. People discusses and follow the trends. Whatever have been shared in social sites, people trust it. There are many news paper agencies provides news and popular too but now they also using social sites to share and update their news. People blindly trust with whatever shared in social sites. But there are some fake news also spreading on social sites. People are confusing and engaged many time to confirm it, it is true or false news. Nowadays we are facing main problem is fake news.

There are many news portals are in existence. People are following them but sometimes they write without truth evidence. It doesn’t take time to spread, one click it spreads all over the world. Some news portals are intensively doing that to spread news and after excuse in polite words. People shares any kinds of news in social sites. More people can see in a minute. Fake news are more harmful and dangerous. It can destroy society or nation. Words are more powerful than weapon. So words user should be all the time alert. News portals want to attract visitors in their sites, pages. There are some tricks to boost the post and easily reach many people’s mobile screen through social pages. People read it and shares after it will be viral in short time. People don’t check it is real or fake. After all people read it and said oh ! It was fake, no need to share to anyone. This is our big fault because first we have to be sure or confirm then we have to share with friends.

People read a lot and trust with newspaper or other news sources. There are many news portals on social network so people are confusing who is providing real news, because some news are directly copied from main news portals and published fake news portals. People are slowly believe with that kind of portals but those all news are not collect from exact places. Sometime we see unexpected sad news in social sites which hits our mind and heart. Nobody try to go underneath but share it, it will be viral very soon. It is necessary to supervise regularly and punish them. Strong law should be applied for fake news writers and publishers. We also have to aware about this kind of news portals or publisher. We can directly report and stop to spreading fake information to the society, nation and world.

School

School is a place where we take from education. Its called a temple of education. When our ancestors felt that education is important for life, they started to teach each others. They developed the sounds into the letters. It was the main progress in human beings. Slowly they started small cottage for learning centre. In Nepal, there were Gurukul Shikshya for learners. Slowly they started small cottage for learning centre. People used to learn from a specific people all kinds of education. Gurukul Shkishya is old education system. It was also limited and only for limited people. There were not allowed to take education for everybody. It was long time practice in societies. We have only story about that kind of education. It was very hard to take education. There were very hard rules and regulations to take education. Many people were unable to follow and used to left Gurukul. It wasn’t enough to take education from one place, one person. Time demands to change it.  It took a lot time to change into school. Gradually this system has been changed. It became schools. These days we have full furnished schools. We have now boarding schools, where students learn with full facilities. Schools are learning places, people concept is school should provide full facilities to learn. There are so many schools where students can take education and learn more extra life skills. But still in village side there are very less schools. People aren’t aware about the important of education in life. Many children are still not going school. People are not interested to take education from schools.

School is not only a place for education, it is compulsory for every good societies and nations. It leads to the country to go ahead. Every countries invest a lot money and mind for good education. Government wants to give good education to his citizens. Good education is most important fundamental to develop every countries. There are different types of education systems in over world. There are many levels for educate the people just like, pre-primary level, primary level, secondary level, higher level and university level. We can believe that after finishing all level people will be graduate in his/her department.  It is important to take good education for every people to tackle every steps of life. Education is a kind of lights which gives the people to move his/her life easily. People believe that education is a weapon can use to fight in every situation. Education makes people complete.

In the society there are many kinds of talents and need to find out them. School is the place where talented people can grow up their talent. If a child get good guidance and education in his/her child age, absolutely can drive life easily. There are so many opportunities around the world. Nowadays we see many differences between in schools. It is not good sign for future. If a person have quality education from school, can groom up his/her life. Nowadays schools are becoming business places and doing business. They are forcing to students in unnecessary activities too which is not interest of students. Adding more topics to take anyhow money. Schools shouldn't be expensive. It should be common and affordable. Schools are the place where students can shape their mind for further steps. We have now multiple faculties universities. Where students can take degree in his/her subject. Education can open people’s inner mind.

We need fee free or less schools where easily we can take education. There are some news due to expensive schools many children aren’t going school or leaving the school. Some parents are in more trouble due to high school's fee. Government's policy also should be like a school is free for all. 

Soil

Soil is root for every creatures. Our life starts here and ends too. Every creatures are depend on soil to live and extent their existence. Soil is gift from nature. According to the research it takes long time to be soil in earth. There are many types of soil. Soil and sand look same but totally different. We can grow crops in soil but not in sand. There are 75% is water in this earth and 25% only soil. It looks little but enough for us. We take everything from soil. There are many creatures in soil too. If we see from telescope, we can see them. We can see their life cycle and their activities. It means soil is necessary for all.

We use soli in every propose. We make houses using stone and soil. But these days it is not in practice. Health concern people still like to spend their life in house made by stone and soil. It is good for health. We believe that, A kind of soil is used for skins therapy. It makes our body relax and gives energy. There are many kinds of soil therapies are in practice. We use it to pain house. There are so many statues made through soil in the market. We can find many houseware dishes made by soil. Just like pot, plate, cup etc. We can make many kinds of decoration items from soil. It is cheap and good for health. There are so many things in soil. Gas, petrol, metal, gold, silver, copper, iron, glass etc. These all are in soil.

Soil and our life is related every time. Trees are the source of oxygen and trees grow in soil. Big or small all kind of trees are live in soil. Trees make food taking water and other minerals from soil. There are two types of animals in this earth. They are herbivores and carnivores. Herbivores need plants to eat and live. This earth is alive due to greenery otherwise it is not possible to live any creatures here. We have many factories. They all need raw materials. Which we get from soil. 

The earth and its area is limited. But our population is growing day by day so we need more food. So we have to produce anyhow more food from limited soil. We can see advance technology and its affect in soil too. Agriculture scientist are trying to grow soil free food items. They have developed such a great technology and now they are producing many kinds of crops. But it is not good absolutely. It wouldn’t be same as soil product. People who involves in agriculture are polluting soil. They are using more chemical in crops to produce more in short time. Many people are burning wasted things in soil. It is affecting not only environment but also soil. There are so many bacteria in soil, that is good for cultivate but if we use carelessly it directly affect to those bacteria and soils productive power will lost. We need to think about it. Our intension shouldn’t be only more production but we have to save soil's fertility power. We can use compost fertiliser, reduce chemical fertiliser. We can aware to farmer about important of soil and its structure. How soil can be damage and how to protect its neutrality. Using chemical means indirectly damaging our own health and shorting life. 

There are many ways to save soil and its fertiliser. We are the only user and protector of this soil. We can stop using chemical and medicine in crops. We can start organic farm and organic life. It is not only for soil but also our precious life. Whatever we eat that directly affects our body and brain. If our body is not well, brain also doesn’t work properly. We need healthier food for good life. So save soil, save life. Its our main responsibility.

Language For Communication

Language is a means of communication. We human being used it to express our thoughts and feelings. There are many creatures in this world, among the all only we use it. There are millions of languages spoken in the world. Chinese language is the most people speaking language and English is widely speaking language in the world. Mostly we express our feelings through language. There are two way is mostly we use to express ourselves, verbal and written. But written is little difficult. In written way to express our thoughts or feelings we have to learn alphabet. After learning alphabet we have to learn sentence structure. To write properly we most have to learn grammar of that language. All language speaks its own style. Its own grammar rules. Grammar is like a constitution for languages. Every language has its structure to speak and write. There are sign language and Brel script also in use. Generally we use it for specific people. But we use it worldwide in same rules. Breal script and sign language are very important to learn for those people who can’t speak and see. 
We use language everyday in our daily activities. Language is a means to learn for life skills. We can not only express our thoughts but also we can understand others feelings and thoughts. We can write down our thoughts on paper. We can share our opinion with the world. We can share our experience, knowledge and many more through language. We can exchange knowledge with each others and improve our life style. One people can speak more languages if she/he learn. Language is transferable, it transfers generation to generation. It is changeable too. According to the people’s uses it could be change. We know many languages are related with each other. Languages are taking some other languages words too. It is called visitant language. There are so many books are written and published it. Books means also a person thought or feelings. Poem, story, novel, drama, songs are feelings of writers. Writers collect those feelings or real activities of people and writes. 
Globalisation is a demand of generations. So we travel many places to search of job or just to spend our leisure time. In that time we must have to know about that places language. If we don’t know we can miss many more about that place. We can meet so many people from different countries and speaks another language, in that time also we need to know others language. So it is important and compulsory for everyone to know others language. Many people are going for work or study aboard. In that time language plays main role in his or her life. Language is a power to search job. Power to communicate with peoples. English language is rising a common language for all. It is spoken all over the world. Many countries are teaching this language in school as a compulsory subject. Language is just a medium for communicate but plays main role in life. It is very easy to express feelings through own language. If we clearly express our feelings or thought people can understand who we are and what we are doing. Communication plays vital role in life. 

Invention and Creation

In this world we have already so many things. We are using them. We know many thing that is created by unknown or Its all natural. We don’t called them creation but we can believe this world is also a creation. There are two way to be in this world one is copied and another is created. Creation means the thing that is quite or totally different among the all. It sounds same between creation and invention but actually they are not same. Invention means a thing which comes in use or seen after a long researches or studied but creation is totally different which we see or use it in one time for same in forever. A person involves in a creation and many more people could involve in invitation. Generally, there are many things we use in daily life those things we can call invented items are invitation. But creation means just like arts and its related many artistic work is called creation. Generally they are created by one person and some are created by in team. It is difficult to define in words. 
There are so many creators in this world and we see many creation from them. As well as there are many inventors regularly inventing the things. Invention means a product which we use for our daily life. Creation also we use in our daily life but not same like invented items. Invented items are just like fridge, gas stove, gas, glass, metal, mobile, television and many more. It means the thing already was there just people find out and use it. Creation is a kind of artistic thing just like painting, poem, story, novel, building structural drawing etc. is called creation. If we study regular to invent something it is possible but we can not create studying more. We can understand but not possible to create by studying more. So creation and invention is little different. 
Invented items are regularly modifying but creation is not modified, it is same last forever. Creators uses their mind to create and study too. But inventors uses their skills and tested it regularly and gives final out put. Inventing something can take long process and can’t complete in once. But creation work is come out in a time and stop it. These days creation is called great work in the world and its copyright goes to respectively to creators. Many creators had created so many creation in the world. We respect their creation. Similarly inventor also invented many invention and we respect them too. Creation could be like a imagination and invention is real world. There is first creation and invention. Inventor also a kind of creator. We are very happy with them who created and invented so many things in the world. We all can’t create or invent but we can respect and use them. We can learn from them and share with our new generation. Inventor can develop creation as real. Its inventors skill and talents. We can consider that creation is god gifted to the person who creates such a great thing. We can create by learning too. We can develop our creation skills.

Road Transportation

There are six (6) basic important fundamental of development, among them transportation is one of the important fundamental. Transportation is the main key to develop the country too. We need transportation to reach our destination. Our life can’t move or survive in one place so we need to go many places to work. We can rank the country, according to the transportation system is applied. People can see first transportation system and can say or think how advance places. Ancient time there were no enough and good transportation so life was painful. We have so many means of transportation these days. Good transportation is a sign of development.

Road transportation connects place to place. It connects people’s daily life. Transportation plays main role to develop the country. We need lot of goods to circle our life. It is compulsory to import items. We produce and want to export and sale in good price for that we need transportation. We need cheap and comfortable transportation. We use mostly road transportation to import and export items. By air it is expensive to import and export. So people use it very little. 

In our country Nepal, many people live in hill area. They don’t have good footpath as well. Their life is very difficult. Government is trying to connect all hills villages making road but it is not easy to make road due to geographical structure. It is expensive and risk is more. They grow many items in field want to export but lack of road they can’t. It is very sad to hear and many places still are out of road and undeveloped. In the town area there are some good roads but not enough. Roads are very narrow, people can’t easily transmigration. We see more vehicle on the road but not enough traffic system. There is no enough zebra crossing for footpath people. Roads are much busy. Daily more road accident happens due to careless of road users. To reduce road accident we need to follow the traffic rules and have to control speed limit. Road accident causes many people damages their life and  mutilated.(अंगभंग) If we put or make traffic signs, signals on the road we can reduce the accident. We can run public buses to reduce personal vehicle on the road. We shouldn’t make road dirty or damage. We shouldn’t forget road is not only ours, there are many others also using it. 

It is compulsory to make good road transportation to develop the place. If we have connection to reach and supply other places we can export our production and import from there too. If supply is enough we can get items in low price or we can’t face shortage. We sellers set the price according to the supply. Suppliers can supply and import easily. Businessman can extend their business everywhere. We can travel anywhere. We can search opportunity to everywhere or we can start our business ourselves. There are more chances to create jobs as well. Transportation can bring us happiness, prosperities and many more. 

Mobile and life

Can you imagine, If there is no mobile in your pocket, what comes in your mind? I think you feel alone or emptiness and you will lost yourself among the crowd. Isn’t it? Yes, I may right if you are smart phone user. Before smart phone coming in the market, it was very difficult to connect with friends and world. We are very lucky to be in this generation. But even more less generation are more lucky than our generation. We got a chance to have this opportunity in middle age, but coming generation will get it in their early ages. So they can enjoy and they will get more advance technology to move their life easier. Nowadays we can’t imagine our life without smart phone or smart technology. Our daily life has been connected with technologies. Smart technology is very easy to get information and to share information. It is possible everything through internet. Smart technology and internet are main gift for this generation. Internet is the great revolution of era. Starting time, it was very expensive to use it freely for our daily life. It was costly for ordinary people. People who was rich only could afford it. It was like a richest people’s items but slowly it has changed and became common for all. It is not expensive now. We can buy or use it in low cost. Every business and activities are running through internet and smart technology. It is cheap and easy to use so everywhere applied it. If you don’t know about it ! There are many kinds of technology in the market. Still we don’t know about them. There are many advantages and facilities are still waiting for us. We need to learn and increase our skills. Technology is changeable so we have to regular update with it. Smart technology is compulsory to use to make our life easier. We can update and search how the world is using it and taking benefits. I am also using it to make my life easier. I use it to connect with friends and world. In smart mobile there are many facilities, just like text messages, multimedia messages, video call, capturing images and videos and also there are so many apps which can help you in your daily life. You can use it in multipurpose.

We know, there is some good or bad aspect of everything. Similarly, there are some disadvantage or bad aspect of mobile and its uses. People are using it for blackmailing to other people. If people are using it insecurely, hacker can bring out their privacy. If we are using it long time, it is harmful for our eyes. People are being lazy, using it regularly. We hear some news to buy mobile, selling their kidney. People are more crazy to use it so they are paying any cost for it. Mobile is just a device not our part of body. Use it but don’t miss use, Use it as your daily life supporter. 

Forest for Life

Our life is a gift from God and environment for lives is also gifted from God. In this universe, every creatures are related with each other. We take everything from this earth. There are so many things in this earth. We need all according to our needs. We need resource to make our life comfortable. Our behaviour are according to our environment. Among the many things, our life is mostly depend on forest. Forest, where our ancient started their lives. Forest was the main resource for our ancestors to develop their life. They used to take every theirs needs from the forest. Our many generation had spent their life in forest. They had learnt many things their. Our ancestors made forest as plan filed to grow crops and started there family. They learnt with each other. They created small societies. Similarly societies became villages and cities and slowly they became a nation. We believe that our ancestors had tail and we were also a kind of animal. But due to our extra ordinary brain we came out from jungle. It took a long time to civilized for us. Now we are in 21st century and lot of facilities. We changed forest as a town. The powerful thing that we have is called mind/brain.

We are taking wood, grass and many more from forest. We don’t have enough forest due to more population. We have limited forest areas. Forest is the main source for rainfall. If there is not enough forest, our environment also will not be fresh. Air pollution is the main problem in everywhere. We need fresh air to live healthier life. Many disease are spreading from air. If we have enough greenery or forest our air will be fresh. Trees can absorb those bad polluted air. We need enough oxygen to breath. Trees produce oxygen and take carbon dioxide. Our life cycle is depend with trees and forest. There are not enough forest in every country and facing many problems. Heavy rain falls causes everywhere landslide. Flood can destroy ghetto.(बस्ती) People are extending city so cutting down many trees in a time. People are making fire in forest and they are not extinguish properly, it causes to spread fire in forest. Many trees can ashes in a minute. If we don’t care our forest and its important for life, value for environment, absolutely it means we are destroying our future. Our all agriculture are based on forest. We bring grass from forest for our cattle. But these days we don’t have enough meadow/lawn for cattle. There are many animals still in the forest. Their life and their house means forest. We can find many kinds of medicine in forest. Main raw for Homoeopathic and allopathic medicine are find in forest. Our health is not good due to our bad food habits. Many medicine are still in forest. They are still not in use. Many kinds of researches still not finished but forest is going to finish. Natural forest and human made are totally different. It takes time to become forest. 
Many people's life main income is forest. We take wood from forest to build home. They go to forest and collect dry woods. They bring it to market and sales. They are making some money and serving their life. Forest is our life and future. Saving forest means saving future. Forest can give us everything. We are the one who can take all of them advantage. If we save forest, others animals also can live and extend their family. Relation between life and forest are very close.

Why I read a Book ?

I don’t have time to read book but also I read book. When I was child, my interest wasn’t read book. My mother used to force to me read and write. I was really unhappy with uninterested work. I used to feel more irritated. I was try to skip school days. My mother used to read some interesting story for me and making my habit to read. I still remember some wonderful stories. My mother used to read story more interestingly. Some stories were very horrible and some were inspired. But also I wasn’t interested. My mother set a schedule to read and write for me. My position in school wasn’t good. I was average students in the class. My mother used to convince me to read and write for my good future. Days were passing by and gradually my interest in reading and writing was increased. Seeing this my mother was happy. I surprisingly improve my reading and writing habits. I changed my position in the class.

When I passed the school level and join college, it was became compulsory to read and write. I most read much and well to secure my position. So used to read a lot. I used to sleep holding book on my hand. It was nice scene for my mother. My mother used to call me bookish later. There were so many books I read when I was in college level. I read many out of courses book. I read novel, story, poem, contemporary article, fiction and non-fiction. I used to spend more money buying books than other. Some books were really interesting and some book were nonsense too.

Book reading and writing practice are long time ago. We have many religious books around us. Every religious books are giving not only religious words but also knowledge and life lessons. Reading a book means not only engaging in book and spending time but also taking knowledge and improving yourself. In my experience, reading more book means widening mind. When I completing reading books, I realise more myself. Some lines from books, really hits  my mind and inspired too. I knew now, books are main sources of knowledge. I never feel loneliness and bored if I am reading book. Books are our close friend forever. There are many books in the market. We can buy and read it. These days we can find many books through internet. We can easily find world’s best seller and good books in the websites. There are many categories books. Many best seller writers are publishing very useful books for readers. Books can improve your thinking. Books can help you to go ahead.

There are many challenges in life. We have to face them. If our mind is opened with skill and knowledge, there is no any difficult to fight them. Book can keep our mind fresh too. I love to read any kinds of book. I am feeling now, book is helping  me in every problems to solve them. I can control my mind and use it in proper place. There are many things disturbing our mind. Knowledge is the key to solve them. We can relax our mind when we read good book. Good books all the time give us energy and motivate our daily life. Successful people all the time read books and update their mind every time. World is changeable, our circumstances change every time, similarly to get success in life our mind also should be up to date every time. Reading more books means, updating your mind with more knowledge. I spend more time reading books. I visit many book stores to buy my favourites book. There are not enough book store in my place so I have to order and wait long time. Nowadays, I am buying from websites too. Ot is easy for me but I like to read it in paper. I enjoy more in hard copy than screen reading. Books never cheat us. We can read many review in paper and online plate form so we can trust with every line inside book. 

Digital World

How the other people define this world, I don’t know but we are in digital world. It is compulsory as well as to be engage in this world. Digital world means every system is going on computerised and virtual. We are enjoying and taking more advantage from this world. There is no any boundary in digital world. We can enter any virtual places which is made by programmer and work from anywhere. Digital world is being new way to access in over the world. We have lot of opportunities and lot of resources to income. We don’t need to go even office to attend and to work. No need to search door to door to know the markets price of any items. Digital world connects all over the world with its virtual reality world. Millions of people are engaging and doing their business. They are interacting and giving results too. In this digital world no need to spend any specific time to finish work. We can work anytime from anywhere. It is the best option for our generation. You can take benefits if you have some special knowledge to join digital world. Digital world is more open and wider for all. It is demand of time. There are some good and bad sides of this digital world. I am trying to find out in details.

There are many option to enter in digital world. It is not easy. We can’t enter easily. We need some knowledge about digital world's. I spend a Day

A day is a short time period in a year. 24 hours is equal to one day or 1,440 minutes is equal to one day. But if we count from second, it is 86,400 sec is equal to one day. Oh ! Its too much. We all have equal time either riches or poorer. But our activities are different and we use it differently so result also coming differ. There is no any option to make time longer. We all are spending it knowingly or unknowingly. One day our life will finish and than time will not be counted. How you are passing your day? It depends up to you. Are you using it properly or wasting only? What do you want in your life? Time gives you whatever you want. So be aware about time's value and work everything on right time. Your result is in your hand. 
Actually I don’t have enough time to think in any topics. My mind also can’t focus in one point due to more work pressure. Every time so many plans round in my mind. I dream many thing in sort time. I know it is not good. I am not able to do as my wishes. 
I spend my day doing many things. I generally wake up at 4:50am and ready to go duty at 5am. I reach my workstation at 6am and starts my duty. I will be busy till 11am and wait for vehicle to return back room. My vehicle takes to come to me 10 to 15 minutes. I reach my room average in one hour. Everyday I spend four hours on travelling. When I was in travelling, I read some newspaper and books. I like to know contemporary issues and read some fiction and non fiction books. I reach room and prepare food. It takes one and half hours. I finished my morning lunch at 2 pm. I have very short time to read and write. I visit social sites and chat with friends. I spend one hour and take a short rest. It means I sleep sort time. Again I wake up at 4:50pm and ready for evening shift duty at 5pm. I spend same time on the way to reach my workstation but sometime it takes more time due to traffic on the road. In this time road is more busy than morning time. I spend nearly 2 hours on my workstation and return back to room. I reach room approximately 9pm. I change my clothes and eat rice which is prepare by my roommates. I finished my supper at 10pm and join social sites. I check my facebook wall and react the friends status or comment the post. I spend 20 to 30 min on facebook wall and chat with friends. I normally spend one and half hours in the evening too. I sleep at 11:30 to 12am. This is my tight day and night daily schedule. Now you may know how is my daily life goes on. There is no enough time to meet with friends, no time to travel new places. I know it will not be last forever. I am going to soon change my daily life style. After I want to spend all my time reading books, writing some articles, visiting new places and want to spend with my family, nearest, dearest and lovely person. This is how I have set my up coming days.

Why I am Happy !

A question sometimes hits me on my head is "Am I happy and why?" There is exact meaning of happiness. So people are happy in different ways. There is no any formula to be happy. It is a feelings which comes from heart. People’s nature is different and thought are different so their expectation from this world is also different. Our aim in life different. We work in different way and wish to work different sector each other. Happiness, we can’t buy in any cost in market. We have to feel it or realise it. There are many ways to be happy in life but we don’t know how to be happy forever. Everyday we spend all time searching for happiness and we spend whole life in search of happiness. Whatever we do, our aim is to be happy. Do you know how to be happy in life? What is your key to be happy? 
We know happiness is not so far. It lies in our inner soul. We can find it in peaceful mind. But there are lot people spending more time forgetting happiness and searching it in last hour again. We have more time and more option in life to do more work but we say life is nothing, only for two days and doing worthless. There are many ways to be happy in life. Time is very important in life so everybody are busy working their work. There is no time to express their feelings to everyone. So people are feeling loneliness and misery. If we keep silence nobody understand our feelings. 
We are in 21st century. This is advance era than before. We have many opportunity to spend life happily. You can refresh your mind doing many thing. You can read books, watch movie, listen songs, roaming with friends, travelling around the world etc. If it is not enough you can enjoy in virtual reality world through internet. There are many sites, where you can visit and spend hours and hours. You can see their people are doing something and you can also start some new work. If you are involving in new work, you can experience new thing and your mind also works actively. You can learn many thing from the world and enjoy. Do you know what am I doing to be happy ? May be you don’t have any idea so let me tell you some tips more. When I feel bore in work, I chat with friends in facebook messenger. I visit my nearest profile on facebook. There are so many friends in my friend list. I see them in closely and if some friends are doing some new thing, I inspire and follow him regularly. 

Life in the City

Nepal is a landlocked country. In boarder there is east, west and south lies India and north side lies china. We import many items from India. Due to nearest place and easy way is the reason to import anything. Many people live in villages and their life is very difficult. There is no good facilities in villages. Its 70 to 80 percent covers hills and mountains. So many people like to migrate towns to spend their life comfortable. There is no good education in villages and no good health care centre, no good road for transportation, no electricity, no drinkable pure water. So every family want to town. But in town also no good facilities. We want good facilities. There are lot of problems in town due to more population. Many people want to settle in town for more facility. Today I am going to write about city life. How people's life is in city. Is it really good or not? 
There are some more facilities in the city than villages. There are many transportation means for travel just like, auto rickshaw, bus, car, van etc. Our cities are not more advance. There are many opportunity in the town. There are some industrial areas where we can get job according to our skills. We can able earn some money. Life is more busy in the city. They don’t have enough time to talk and share their opinions with each other. More people are living in city. Many kinds of program and campiness runs in the city. People are more educated than village. There are enough schools, colleges and hospitals. So every year many students come from village for further study, and treatment. There are many super markets for shopping. We can buy everything we needed from markets. There are housing companies are building We can easily know what is happening in the world due to news paper and television. 
Since long time ago, there were very less cities and little populations. But these days cities populations have been increased. Taxes are increased in every items but in return nothing. People are ready to pay any cost but it is shortage in the market too. Everyday numbers of people from village are coming to settle in city. Students and jobseekers number is high in the city. Everything's price is expensive and shortage. Money value is going down. Job holders are loosing their job day by day. Air and sound pollution are most common problems in every cities. There is no enough water supply in every accommodations. There is no one following the road rules so everyday there is traffic problems on the road. 
Smart city is on the news. Many facilities are main moto. But it is only saying in words not in reality. If we want to convert our cities we have to do more homework and applied it strictly on the field. We have to create and follow the rules. We are in transitional faze so we have the chance to do anything. Whatever we do that would be our and our future generations. They may really happy if we changed and work from our heart. Than we can say Town life is better than village life.

Development and World

Development is a positive changing process of every aspect of person, society, nation and world. We are the pillar of self development. Every people wants to develop their country. There are very less countries are developed and more underdeveloped. Our country Nepal is also in a list of underdevelopment. There is a system to develop country. It is not easy to develop very soon. It takes time and vision to implement. Leaders are the main person to develop the country. So we have to choose right person as a leader. Leaders take us good or bad place so our main responsibility is to choose right, capable and visionary person. 
We have to develop our country. If country is developed no need to take any supports from other countries. There are so many countries are still poor. They are trying to develop their country but facing many difficulties due to lack of good vision and commitment. Public people are not happy with their government. Public people are paying more taxes but They are not getting enough facilities from government. There are no enough job in poor countries so many people are going aboard for job. They have more problems in country and home so working in very less salary. They are selling their skills, knowledge and experience in cheap price. Government are not taking any responsibilities for those who working in foreign country. 
In the world there are many countries are rich enough for everything. Their government are providing every facilities his people. Those countries continuously going up in every sector. They are using more advance technology to gain success. Science and technology is the key for development. If we use it in right place, it is not so far to reach development countries. We need to apply those technology which can take us in prosperous country. Some developed countries are spending more money making nuclear bomb. It is not important and useful in the world. We don’t need any weapon to protect country, we need good and affordable education. Education is the main weapon to develop any countries. If we invest more money in education, absolutely return will come good. There are many children are not going to school due to schools are expensive and nobody telling them important of education in life. We want happy life but we can’t imagine without good education. There is competition and tough in every sector. 
Underdeveloped countries are loitered doing main point to develop the country. They are not helping each other. They are busy in their personal work but not for nation or country. Every leaders are not loyal and honest for own nation. They are engaging not for nation. Corruption is also a big problem in every country. When the main leader in the main post, He/she forgets his/her promises. We have the power to choose our representative and choosing in every election but our representative are very selfish, they are supporting only theirs favour person our groups. So public are frustated with government. Many educated people are leaving the country. This is also very bad for nation, country. If all strong manpower go aboard and will not returning who develop the country and how possible. 

Nature and life

We are a creature of this nature. There are millions of creatures in this earth among them human being is more powerful due to the mind. There are lot of big and dangerous animal but also human control all of them. Human is small not so big but can control any size of creatures. So human being thought that they are the superior among all. It is nice to hear but in reality this is not true. All creatures are same and powerful but we human being forcefully controlling them using cruel and unhuman mind. All creatures have same rights to live in this earth. All creatures want to live without fear from any others. But we never think about them and their world. We are covering everywhere to extent our extinctions. Some creature doesn’t want our behaviour and presence. If we want to save our life, we must save others too. This earth is a home for every creatures. So our every activities should be suitable for all creature. We should care and love them. We shouldn’t disturb them and theirs residency area.

Nowadays some people and government are trying to preserve those creature making specific area. It sounds good and Of course it is necessary. But it is not enough. These days every creature of this earth are struggling to sustain there life. There is no enough food to eat, drink water and place to move. Our maximum activities are against the nature. We are destroying ecosystem day by day. We want to take only benefits from nature. We know very well everything we can find from nature. Nature gives us without any condition but we are misusing it. We never think about how to use it as environment friendly, echo friendly. We have unlimited resources and option to grow our life. We want to live happily but we are all the time unhappy even we receive many thing from this nature. 

Environment and our life is relates every day. We have to aware and conscious for our future generation too. Whatever we do that affects directly to nature. We have to respect nature and know its important. If we love nature and use it properly, absolutely we can spend our life and future generation happily. Our life depends on nature. In the news we see, read and listen people are abusing nature to get more benefits in short time so they are using it unconditionally. We are the reason many species are disappearing every day. We are facing many kinds of problems just like landslide, water shortage, heavy rainfall, unhealthy food, air pollution and many new diseases are attacking us. We forgot prevention is better than care. We have to save our nature and know its value for human beings. Every natural recourses are free for everyone so, whatever we do, our all activities should be eco friendly. It is not our duty but responsibility. Nature never asks to do this that but we have to feel it. Love nature and respect its value. If we do good, we are really thanks by nature and gives return best environment for all.

We are not only user but also protector for this world. We have the power and idea to protect this earth. If we think this earth is one world and one nation, it would be best to work together. We are facing big challenges to save this earth and nature. We can run awareness program to protect earth and nature. If we think all a little it is enough to save earth and our natural environment.
